RAMOVA STUDIO ("we", "us") is a web agency based in Sweden. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We keep this short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible for your data

RAMOVA STUDIO is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ramovastudio.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), an optional budget range, and your message. When you submit the form, we also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address, used solely to prevent abuse of the form. We never store your raw IP address.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels. This website sets no analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a local theme preference (dark or light mode), which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Why we collect it and on what legal basis

We process your contact form data to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry leads to a contract, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The hashed IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam and abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a client relationship — in which case relevant information is retained as part of our business records for as long as legally required.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your form submission is stored with our database hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Where any processing occurs outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ramovastudio.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at www.imy.se.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Questions are always welcome at info@ramovastudio.com.
